2 lb  fresh green beans
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 tsp  mustard seed
2 tsp  coriander seeds
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  flaked unsweetened coconut
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
  1. Clean green beans, slice into 2-inch pieces and set aside. In large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté mustard seed, coriander seed, onion, and ginger for 1 minute. Stir in beans and salt. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until beans are still crisp.
  3. Stir in coconut and hot pepper sauce. Cover, lower heat and cook for about 10 minutes, until beans are tender.
