1 lb  Pork, chop, top loin, raw
1 pinch  Seasoning, salt, with lemon & pepper
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0.3333 cup  orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  honey
2 tsp  cornstarch
  1. Sprinkle surface of chops with lemon pepper. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chops. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove chops to serving platter.
