2 tsp  cumin seeds
8 oz  Corn, whole kernel, canned
1 each  small tomato
8 oz  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground coriander
3 tbsp  fresh cilantro
  1. In a small saute pan, toast cumin seed over high heat. Crush seed and place in small bowl. Stir in rest of ingredients until well blended.
