3 cup  frozen green peas
1 oz  fresh mint
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Combine peas and 1 1/2 cups of water; bring to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Reduce to low heat and let simmer 6 to 7 minutes and then remove.
  3. Move peas and cooking liquid to food processor and add mint, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until smooth.
