4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
0 1/2 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 tsp  dried basil
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add pork chops and brown on one side over medium heat.
  2. Turn chops and add onion, grated orange peel, orange juice, and basil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
