3 each  medium cucumber
1 each  canned jalapeno peppers
18 tsp  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
0.125 tsp  cumin seeds
  1. Grate cucumbers onto double layer of cheesecloth, twist and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  2. Transfer cucumber pulp to small bowl, stir in jalapeno and jalapeno pepper liquid, yogurt, and cumin seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
