1 tsp  Oil, corn
3 cup  chopped red bell peppers
2 cup  sliced white onion
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tsp  sugar
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add onions and bell peppers. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add 1/3 cup of water, vinegar, and sugar to vegetable mixture and reduce heat to low. Cook covered for 20 minutes or until vegetables are very soft.
