2 cup  sliced carrots
2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 cup  fresh green beans
1 each  large onion
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 3/4 cup  Juice, grapefruit, unsweetened, canned
1 cup  fresh broccoli florets
4 tsp  cornstarch
  1. In large saucepan, combine carrots, celery, broccoli, green beans, onion, salt, and 1 cup grapefruit juice; bring to a boil.
  2. Cover; simmer 8 minutes. Add broccoli florets. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Blend cornstarch with remaining 3/4 cup grapefruit juice; pour over vegetables; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
