Lemon Vinaigrette

2 tbsp  olive oil
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  ground tarragon
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  chopped parsley

8 oz  Mushrooms, fresh, medium
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the lemon vinaigrette. In a larger bowl, toss mushroom slices with vinaigrette. Garnish with parsley. Chill
