15 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
4 oz  cream cheese
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
2 tbsp  canned black olives
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
  1. Drain and dice black olives.
  2. In food processor fitted with steel blade, add artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Process until smooth.
  3. Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Spoon into serving dish and garnish with olives and red peppers.
