0 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup  cold water
1 lb  baby carrots
1 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
0 1/2 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In large skillet, bring broth and water to simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, cover and simmer until just tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in butter, brown sweetener, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 additional minutes until carrots are tender soft.
