4 each  Carrots, fresh, large, 7 1/4" - 8 1/2" long
6 each  Radishes, fresh
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  sesame seeds
  1. Pare and shred the carrots and thinly slice radishes. Place together in medium serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. Pour dressing over carrots and radishes; toss to coat.
  4. Let flavors blend for 1-2 hours at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
