4 piece  Bread, Italian, large slice
1 each  large garlic cloves
4 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp  fresh basil
4 tsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat broiler and place bread slices on baking sheet, broiling 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden.
  2. Rub each slice of toast with cut garlic.
  3. Drizzle each slice of toast with oil and sprinkle evenly with basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
