4 each  raw halibut fillets
0 1/2 oz  light unsalted stick margarine
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 3/4 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and coat a shallow 2-quart baking dish with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Wash the fish in cold water and pat dry. Coat the fish all over with fat-free cooking spray. Place into the prepared baking dish and pour the margarine evenly over the top. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt.
  3. Bake until the fish is just opaque, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the cilantro before serving with the lemon wedges for squeezing. Enjoy!
