24 oz  sea bass fillet
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
1 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/2 cup  sliced summer squash
1 tbsp  butter
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  fresh lemons
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Tear off enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to hold all ingredients comfortably (about 2 feet long). Coat foil with cooking spray.
  3. Place fish in center of foil, sprinkle with half each of salt, pepper, and basil or parsley.
  4. Top with broccoli, mushrooms, and squash. Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper, and basil or parsley. Dot with pieces of butter.
  5. Bring together long sides of foil and fold down tightly over fish. Fold up short sides of foil to complete packet.
  6. Place packet on baking sheet and bake until fish is opaque, 18 - 20 minutes.
