Ingredients Directions - Combine 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in nuts, cheese, and apricots.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and 1/3 cup butter. Stir liquid mixture into flour mixture until a batter forms.
- Butter and flour two 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 -inch loaf pans; spoon batter into each pan. Mix brown sugar with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top of loaves.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool in pans for 10 minutes; move to racks and let cool further.
