3 lb  top loin pork roast
1 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
1 tbsp  oregano leaves
1 tbsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  ground cumin
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, blend together seasoned salt, oregano, pepper, garlic, red pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  2. Rub seasoning on all surfaces of pork roast. Place pork in shallow roasting pan and roast until meat thermometer inserted reads 150-155 degrees F, about 1-1 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove pork from oven; let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
