0.3333 cup  seasoned rice vinegar
2 tbsp  olive oil
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
1 lb  medium head cabbage
0 1/2 lb  Cabbage, red, fresh, leaf
3 each  medium carrots
2 each  fresh green onions
1 cup  kale, chopped
  1. In large bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, ginger, salt, and jalapeños until well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
