0 1/2 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
0 3/4 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0 1/2 tsp  Sweetener, saccharin, liquid
1 pinch  salt
1 cup  cold water
2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  potato starch
  1. In a saucepan, mix the cocoa, sweeteners, salt and vanilla extract with the hot water until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl or cup, mix the starch with some of the liquid till smooth and return to the saucepan.
  3. Constantly mixing with a wire whisk or a wooden spoon, warm over low heat until it starts to thicken.
  4. Cool and refrigerate. It will thicken more as it gets cold.
