1 each  medium apples
0 3/4 cup  chopped walnuts
1 tsp  ground ginger
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 cup  red wine
3 each  Sweetener, granular, packet
  1. Using a medium sized bowl, grate the apple.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon into a thick consistency.
  3. If you prefer it less thick, add a bit more wine until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
