2 tbsp  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
8 cup  Lettuce, leaf, fresh, shredded, FDA
2 each  Apples, fresh, large, FDA
0 1/4 cup  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 tbsp  chopped pecans
  1. Whisk together syrup, oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss greens with apples. Drizzle mixture with dressing and top with cheese and pecans.
