Nope, can't have it. Every kind I've tried spikes my blood sugar.
 
Only steel-cut oats and a small portion at that or my numbers soar.
 
I can have the high fiber cereals and a little half and half without spikes.
 
I can have any unsweetened, whole grain cereal without a problem.
 
Yes, I love my cereal -- to heck with my numbers.
