Health Care Plan:
• Price: To lower costs John would increase awareness and promote the use of existing children's health insurance programs while expanding community health centers. In addition he would encourage the negotiation of lower rates from health providers to small businesses.
• Availability: Opposes government run universal system and but wants to provide more coverage to Americans through his initiatives.
• Dependability: Wants to improve system by updating technology and cut costs through collaboration and collective bargaining power of small businesses.1
Stem Cell Research:
McCain opposes embryonic stem cell research that uses cloned human embryos, but supports research using human embryos left over from fertility treatments.2
