12 Steps to Turn Around Your Prediabetes
The initial shock of your prediabetes diagnosis may be wearing off. And now you're wondering what you can do, short of taking prescription drugs, to prevent type 2 diabetes. I don't often write about mental health issues. Mostly that's because I was brought up to believe in "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" and "therapy usually does more harm than good".
