*Note: In stews and other all-in-one meals, look closely at the fiber grams. When lots of veggies and legumes are involved, carb counts are higher but they're offset by fiber, which doesn't raise blood sugar. If there are 5g or more of fiber per serving, subtract those from the total carb count.
