November 2007 - Healthy Menu Makeovers with Celebrity Chef: Restaurateur, author and television show host, B. Smith, is encouraging people with type 2 diabetes to recognize that small changes, including food choices, can have a positive effect on managing diabetes successfully, through the Diabetes New Day campaign. Years before I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, The Other Half came out of a doctor's appointment with a diagnosis of "borderline diabetes" and an ADA exchange diet sheet.
