July 1, 2010 - Our next Divabetic Club meeting will be held from 6:30-8:30 PM, at the McBurney YMCA. The McBurney YMCA, is located at 125 West 14th Street between 6th & 7th Avenues NY, NY. This is a free program. Everyone is welcome to join us. We will be announcing our line-up of presenters shortly BUT we will be kicking off the meeting with a 'hula-inspired' workout with Sandy Schaffer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor. Sandy guarantees this will be a 'fun-filled' workout that everyone will enjoy!!!
July 9, 2010 - The ADA will be hosting their annual gala - Tennies, Tuxes and T-Shirts at The Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH. We are currently seeking sponsors, program booklet ad supporters, and donation items. Full details can be found here: http://www.diabetes.org/tennistuxestshirts.
July 10 2010 - JDRF Brad Bella Buddy Day in The Spaceport 3547 Hwy 190 Mandeville, LA from 6:00 -7:30 pm. All families affected by type 1 diabetes are welcome to join us. Kids will have the chance to play laser tag or miniature golf while parents network. Food and drinks will be provided. Please contact the JDRF Office at 866-932-9511 if you plan to attend.
July 12, 2010 - Swing 4 Diabetes Moores Mill Golf Course Auburn, Alabama - This annual golf tournament/fundraiser is focused on helping people living with diabetes. This year's proceeds will assist the East Alabama Medical Centers Diabetes division. Register online or contact Celesta Simmons at 334-524-0039 or Diana Ramage at 334-524-2355.
July 12, 2010 - 2010 Living Without Limits ADA Camp Victory, Leesville, LA.
July 17 2010 - JDRF Brad Bella Buddy Day in The Incredible Pizza Company 4533 Johnston St Lafayette, LA 70503 from 6:00 -7:30 pm. Join JDRF at the Incredible Pizza Company on Friday, July 17th. All families affected by type 1 diabetes are welcome to join us. Kids will be provided with game cards to participate in putt putt golf, bowling, go-carts, and/or bumper cars while parents have the opportunity to network. Food and drinks will be provided. Please contact the JDRF office at 866-932-9511 if you plan to attend the event. It is important that we have an accurate headcount.

July 27, 2010 - 2010 Living Without Limits Camp Camp Possibilities, Darlington, MD.
July 28, 2010 - Taking Control of Your Diabetes Mini Series 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Preuss School 3750 Voigt Drive, La Jolla, CA 92037. Five dollar donation is requested at the door.
July 31, 2010 - Jesse Palooza is a tribute to the life of Jesse Alswager who lived his life and inspired everyone to kick back and have some fun. Proceeds benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Event is in Wisconsin.
