August 9, 2014 – Dance Out Diabetes combines Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art, with dance for "Tai Chi as Dance." The class will be held at The African American Arts & Culture Complex (762 Fulton Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 between Buchanan & Webster). Free parking.

Dr. Bernstein is a practicing diabetologist who has had diabetes for over 67 years. He is the author of six best selling diabetes books, including Diabetes Solution and The Diabetes Diet.
