If I hear one more Dr. tell me I no longer have diabetes, just because I worked my ass off to stay healthy and managed to bring my a1c down to 5.8, I am gonna scream!!! Last I heard there is no cure. If i don't take vigilant care of absolutely everything I do... my numbers will go back up....still a diabetic...always will be. I just happen to have excellent control at the moment. grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

I mean that as "a NOT good Summer" I have been wrapped up in my own stuff here and I've not been here too much. I just check in for about 10 minutes aday and hardly ever say anything but when I do here lately I give Medicare a hardtime. My pump decided to go kapoot last month and I've kinda been fighting the highs, Got a 90 day loaner but now I'm working on ordering a new one. Hope all are doing well! It's just been one of those Summers (not a Summer fan anyway. I MUCH perfer Fall to Summer)…

I need some advice, started a pump a while back, it's going great sugars are staying between 100-160 during the morning, afternoon and early evening which is making me happier than a mouse in Faustman's lab...
But, I go to bed around between 10-12pm, I also check before I go to be and my levels are always around 100..
But I keep waking up around 4/5 am feeling awful, I check my BG and it is always the same.. 278+!
