How do you feel about New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's attempt to ban sugary sodas larger than 16 ounces?
I think it is great. It will help fight the obesity epidemic, and may even lower the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes.

It's been a roller coaster week for me - both in terms of stress levels and bloodsugars.
