Almost every day I indulge in something that isn't good for me.
 
I'll have something unhealthy a few times a week.
 
I cave in and indulge in something I like a few times a month.
 
I only indulge on special occasions, a few times a year or less.
 
I do my best to stay away from unhealthy foods entirely.
