This Diabetes Awareness Month, I declare...
I will make changes in my diet.

I will improve my exercise habits.

I will test, not guess!

I will make doctors' appointment AND keep them!

I will get the help I need in any area of struggle.

I will join a support group.

I will learn more about my type of diabetes and how to handle it.

I will learn/improve my A1C.

I will do a combination of some or all of these.

Other! I may just go to the declare. Share. Move Forward. Community Group and talk about it.
