It's the 4th of July holiday. What kind of eating plans are you cooking up?
I am going to maintain control and have a great weekend!
 
I am going to try to maintain control but I'm not thrilled about it.
 
I will be off and on all weekend.
 
I usually do the right thing. I'm going to liberate myself and indulge!
 
I do what I want any other time. Why stop now?
