Feelings of depression tend to peak during the holidays. When you are feeling blue, what do you do?
I eat and/or sleep more.
I eat and/or sleep less.
I exercise more to fight the blues.
I talk to someone when I'm in a funk.
A little retail therapy helps.
I take a prescription medication.
I use natural antidepressants.
I do something else to beat the blues!

As I mentioned in an earlier post, one of the benefits that made it cost-effective for me to go with the real healthcare (HSA) plan rather than the phony (HRA) plan is that my company is now covering "preventative" medicines at $0 copay.
