I am going to finally see a CDE/RD.
 
I am going to get the checkups I have been putting off.
 
I am going to drop a bad habit!
 
I am going to do a mix of these things.

I am body dysmorphic. Since my teens, I have had what has been diagnosed as a distorted view of my weight, shape, and size.
