Experts recommend that people walk at least 10,000 steps a day. How many steps do you take on average?
I walk 10,000 or more steps per day!
I walk 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day.
I walk 5,000 to 7,000 steps a day.
I walk 2,000 to 5,000 steps a day.
I walk less than 2,000 steps a day.
I have no idea how many steps I take a day, but I do exercise regularly.
I do not track how much I walk a day.
I'm not able to walk for exercise, but I do what I can.
