Do you think weight loss programs are doing a good job incorporating your diabetes needs?
Yes. I am part of a program that takes my diabetes needs into account.
 
It took me a while to find one, but I am part of a program that is working for me and my diabetes.
 
I don't know. I would like to find a good program, but so far have not been able to find one that won't make managing my diabetes a challenge.
 
No. I have used a weight loss program, but I had to figure out how to incorporate it with my diabetes life.
 
I won't bother with a weight loss program unless I know there is a diabetes component to it.
 
Doesn't matter. I want to lose/am losing weight, but I'm not interested in using any program to help me.

Many people say that depression is a side effect or complication of diabetes. Without discounting the association of the psychological condition with the physical one, I'm not convinced that our high and/or unstable glucose levels are directly responsible for that change in our mental state.
