What do you do when you crave something sweet?
dig into stash of sugar-free chocolate

have a small portion of no-sugar-added ice cream

sugar free jello is my thing

stay away from the fake stuff and stick to fruit

allow myself real sweets in tiny amounts

indulge with abandon and feel guilty after

don't crave sweets, give me chips any day
