2 each  large apples
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 cup  Raisins, seedless
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  lowfat milk
8 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. Place the apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix in the celery, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the mayonnaise and milk. Combine with the apple mixture. Toss to mix.
  3. Serve on top of the lettuce.
