Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the beans, chiles, corn, parsley, cumin, and hot sauce.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the turkey, onion, and garlic until the turkey is browned. Add the bean mixture. Bring just to a boil then decrease heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
