1 each  cooking spray
1 lb  turkey breast cutlets
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0.3333 cup  reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp  fresh tarragon
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and set over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey for 2 minutes then turn over and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
  2. Mix together the milk and flour. Pour into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Turn heat off. Add sour cream, Dijon, tarragon, sugar, and salt.
  3. Place over low heat and cook, stirring frequently, until heated. Pour over turkey.
