2 each  medium potatoes
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Coat the potato slices with the oil. Season with thyme and oregano.
  3. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
