Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse the chicken, drain, and pat dry.
  2. Put the onion in the cavity of the chicken. Coat the chicken on all sides with the teriyaki sauce. Season with garlic-pepper.
  3. Spray a roasting pan with the cooking spray. Set the chicken on the pan and pour the rest of the teriyaki sauce on top.
  4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reaches 185 degrees F.
