1 lb  mussels
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  fresh green onions
1 cup  clam juice
Directions
  1. Mix together the garlic, onions, and clam juice in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the mussels. Cook, covered, on high heat until the mussels open.
  3. Once the mussels have opened, take out of the broth.
