6 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
2 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
2 tbsp  cold water
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Using an 8 to 10 cup soup pot, bring chicken soup to a rolling boil.
  2. Beat the eggs with the water and season to taste.
  3. Pour mixture slowly into the soup, while swirling it with a whisk or fork to create a noodle like appearance.
