2 each  medium oranges
1 each  small onions
2 tsp  walnut oil
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
0.125 tsp  chili powder
2 each  Lettuce, bibb, fresh, leaf, medium
  1. Mix together the oranges, onion, oil, vinegar, and chili powder in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Toss then serve on top of the lettuce leaves.
