8 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium zucchini
10 each  fresh tomatoes
2 cup  Cabbage, fresh, chopped
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  bay leaves
1 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
