1 each  head Boston lettuce
4 each  medium kiwi, peeled
2 each  medium celery stalks
2 each  fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  slivered almonds
  1. Cover a salad bowl with the lettuce. Set the kiwi, celery, and tomato on top.
  2. Combine the oil and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salad.
  3. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
