Ingredients Directions
  1. Drain palm hearts and cut into 1/2" pieces.
  2. In large bowl, mix hearts of palm, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, green pepper, pimientos, celery, onions, parsley, oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve on top of lettuce leaves.
