  1. Put the chicken and flour in a resealable plastic bag. Close and shake to coat.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray. Heat the oil over medium high heat.
  3. Saute the pepper strips and garlic for 1 minute. Mix in the chicken and saute for 6 minutes.
